Designed for the beginning welder, this course provides theory and hands-on lab instruction in Oxyacetylene/plasma cutting and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (stick). Students cover fundamental concepts, the welding process, welding terms, safety, and tools. Tuition for the class includes safety glasses, and welding gloves, provided to students at the first-class meeting.
Notes:
Recommended: Hard soled shoes, long sleeves, jeans, 100% cotton ... No polyester!
